I've heard of that room, I've been curious. Not sure if it would work well with me, though.
[ What shit is hidden in his brain? Is Lucien lurking in there somewhere or did they have to put him back in his body? Would he suddenly remember things he didn't want to remember? Still, for the idea of being in space, seeing stars and the like... Molly would like to give it a go. ]
I think I want to try it, though. Especially if it is a place you can show me that makes you happy.
[ That's just too adorable. Nothing says relaxation like looking totally boneless. It's a view that makes Peter very pleased and he alternates digging his fingers and massaging the muscle to alleviate the lingering tension on Molly's back.
He appreciates the little touch Molly offers back, pausing the movements of his hands momentarily to enjoy it. ]
That's all right, it's not for everyone. But as far as I know, it's pretty safe. If anything makes people upset, the simulation can be stopped immediately. [ He doesn't know about Lucien or Molly's mysterious past, so he assumes the wariness is due to the strange tech use in the VR rooms. ]
It does. Ah, makes me happy, I mean. And I'd to share that with you. So maybe one of these days we can pay the entertainment district a visit. And then we could go have dinner together.
[ All that rubbing and loosening of muscle eventually has Molly leaning all the way against Peter, expertly avoiding getting his horns anywhere sensitive as he leans his head over a shoulder and scoots into his lap. He's purring like a pleased cat draped over Peter, the happy rumble just with a little more of a hissing undertone.
Eyes closed, the tiefling's voice is lazy and pleased. ]
Mmm... I think I'd like it, but there's memories in my head I'd rather not dig up. That's why I haven't tried it yet. [ Pause. ] If you trust it, though... I'll watch stars and galaxies with you.
[ He happily welcomes Molly when he moves closer, making sounds of approval when the tiefling leans against his chest. It's a pretty big chest, at that, so Molly will be cushioned comfortably. The new position makes it hard to work on his back muscles, instead, Peter continues the massage by sliding his hands down the biceps and arms. ]
That bad, hm? [ The blond doesn't press, he knows Molly will tell him if it's something he wants to share. If it isn't, there's no point in making him upset y being nosy. They all have things in their past they will rather forget or ignore. The rest, though, that gets Peter to smile. He tilts his head so when he speaks, his warm breath caresses the shell of a pointed ear. ]
We can make new memories together, how does that sound? Looking forward is always than staring at our past.
[ Molly's pretty sure he doesn't have any bones left in his body, just being blob of cuddle with Peter. The touch to his arms is nice, bother covered in colors after the square he spent on more tattoos. There are a few bruises there as well, but he doesn't even care.
He's glad that there's no digging from his friend, as he's not sure what to even say about it all. How it worked, how he hated it. being just part of someone else. Instead he's purring a little, chuckling at the breath by his ear point as Peter speaks Molly's perfect gospel.

[ His hands are a little calloused and have a few lines of scars on them, with long, lithe fingers and thicker but well-filed nails. The first press on massaging there is met with a bit of surprise, but then Molly's more than happy to let the human continue, loosening the slight ache.
It draws that near-purr from him again, low and pleased.

I don't know who my actual parents are. I've been with the circus for as long as I remember, and the ringleader was like a parent to all of us.
[ He's seen other scars on Molly's body, so he's not at all surprised that his hands also have a few. Peter isn't bothered by the roughness, it shows that Mollymauk's a hard worker, it's something to be proud off. It also Peter know that he needs to apply a bit more force to his movements. He wants to hear more of those lovely purring sounds, Peter enjoys being a dedicated partner. ]

The circus sounds fun. Did you have magicians? I always wondered how the 'saw someone in half' trick is done. or the bunny in the hat one. I always wanted to learn that as a kid, I wanted to have infinite bunnies.
[ If there was ever tension on Molly's hands there are no trance of it thanks to Peter's devotion, and the tiefling is happy to snuggle and make that pleased purr for his friend. It's a little amusing that the small glimpse into his world was more than the man had imagined, and it feels worth it.

[ Peter might like to boast a little bit if he's confident in his abilities, like about giving massages, it's because there's a degree of trust to them. He can feel Molly relaxing and it both makes him happy and proud that he can accomplish that. When it goes down to it, he's quite the sucker for pleasing his partners.

[ Molly holds that hand for a little while, his long fingers exploring the lines and divots in it, tracing any scars carefully while they talk. He's pretty much a lap tiefling now, relaxed and happy while speaking to Peter.
It makes him miss the carnival again, but there had been no point in going on... and he would have never been with the Mighty Nein if they didn't all break apart. ]
The Knot sisters were great. They put on these snake costumes and flew through the air, climbed poles and danced in silks. I was taught a little, it was fun. I think you would have liked all of it.
[ There's a snort from Molly at the last part and he makes sure not to poke his horns anywhere dangerous while he laughs. ]
Quite an overstock on clowns, indeed! They would be terrible on show, though.
[ It brings a special kind of calm to be like this, relaxed but also sharing comfort, and Peter too is enjoying the way Molly's long fingers move over his palm and the back of his hand. He wears gloves often, but Peter has the hands of a worker and slightly rough at the fingertips from years of using his blasters and other types of guns. ]
They sound amazing, I'm in love with anything involving the arts, more so if it's fun. [ He wouldn't mind it at all if Molly ended falling asleep on him, they can just do nothing and enjoy the sunlight. Peter's pretty content right now. ]
Possibly...unless we throw pies at them. I don't know why that was something people used to do back in the day. What a waste of a good pie. Remind me to cook you something one day, maybe crêpes.
I should show you some of what they taught me. [ Molly says with a smile, half-dozing in the cuddle by now. This is great, he's exhausted after the training and nice and warm in the sunlight with someone he trusts. ]

[ It makes him a little hungry, but he's just so comfortable... a moment later and he has dozed off on Peter, chest rumbling with content purrs. ]
Maybe some other day then, you did plenty of exercise today. [ It's made more obvious by the way Molly is clearly tired and practically melting againts him. It makes Peter smile, and he only hums in response to the mud suggestion. It's a good one, practical, but he's trying not to make much sound because the tiefling is clearly sleepy.
When Mollymauk does end calling asleep, Peter smiles even further and tries to stay as still as possible. This is a nice way to spend the rest of the day, and he too closes his eyes soon enough. ]
