[Zoe was the first to arrive at the location they'd agreed to meet at, intentionally showing up a bit early. Touching down lightly in front of the warehouse, she looked out across the barren space in front of it. As she'd remembered, it was mostly open sandy ground with a few large piles of debris scattered around, probably put there by the robots who took care of the city. To one side a large rusty crane stood, likely not having seen use since the warehouse was last in operation. Turning towards the road leading to the warehouse, she settled in to wait for Tenya to arrive, a splash of vibrant red and green amidst the desolate landscape.]

[She didn't have long to wait at all before she spotted him approaching. Zoe hadn't had much idea what he would look like, other than that he'd probably be close to her age if he was still in schooling. The first thing she noticed is his height - the suit may have been contributing some to it, but even without it she'd bet that he was at least half a foot taller than her height of 5' 2". After he removed his helmet, she could see that she was right about them being about the same age. He had a nice face, too.

Zoe smiled widely in response to his greeting. She couldn't help finding his enthusiasm kind of cute.]

Hi, Tenya - or would you prefer Mr. Iida? And you can call me Zoe, I won't mind.

[Oh Zoe... You sweet sweet child, if only you knew how he really is like when he has a firm grip of his surroundings. I bet you with all the money in my bank account- yes all $2.54 of it- that you would not find his enthusiasm as charming. When Iida really has his groove on, he could be downright exhausting!

Well, if you insist that I call you Zoe then it would only be fair to have you call me, Tenya! I never want to come across as ungrateful and it is no problem at all to address you as the way that you prefer! Is your name European? I have never met an Zoe before.

Tenya it is, then. [She winked playfully as she said it. Was she flirting? Maybe a little.

Also, Zoe's getting used to having to explain her background to people - she's been doing it a lot.]

My name's Alephian, actually. I was born on the planet Aleph, although I've been living in Metropolis on Earth recently. Where I come from, space travel is commonplace, and a federation of worlds named the United Planets has recently formed, of which both Aleph and Earth are members.
