[ There's no way Lottie wouldn't notice the mysterious ship appear on her daily trip to the beach, and there's equally no way that she wouldn't go stare at it. For the first thirty minutes or so, she actually hides behind a rock some ways from the little harbor, noticing the very familiar green man roaming around the dock doing.. Well, she's assuming ship things. Maybe singing sea shanties or whatever, she doesn't know!
But she does know that she'd at least be alright to go and bug him. Probably. With that in mind, after strategically waiting another ten minutes, she pretends like she wasn't sweating about this entire interaction to go approach the ship. She's wearing her usual beach garb (a sweater, shorts, pink flip flops and her glasses), and despite being dressed for activity she hesitates to get on that plank.
