Essek is usually home during the day - particularly on days when the sun is out and bright. He's hung dark curtains over the windows in his room, only the faintest light filtering through and the rest lit by candles or lamps. Usually he rests during the very middle of the day, and occasionally only emerges to the house at large when it's closer to evening as the others return from whatever it is they do out and about.
He's only just recently awoken when he hears a familiar voice echoing from the door shared between the houses. Dressed in the dark, silk and lace robe gifted to him by Fjord not long after his arrival, Essek steps out from his room, appearing at the bottom of the stairs and glancing up after the half-orc. He notices the cup first, and the bandaged arm second.
"Fjord-" He frowns in concern, starting up the stairs.

"Are you all right?"
